One on one training is designed to give you the knowledge and confidence you need so that you can keep going, even after having me as your trainer*
*or keep me around for motivation and moral support - the choice is yours!
WHAT TO EXPECT
My goal is to make sure your experience is safe, so the first few sessions will be finding out your range of motion, working around any injuries you may have, and making sure you have a good general knowledge of the basic form we will be using in our workouts.
Once you have a good knowledge of the basics, we will work together to create a plan that's tailored to your specific goals.
As your training progresses, we will keep track of your progress with weigh ins, measurements, and check ins to ensure we're staying on track.
While you have me as your trainer you will be able to contact me with any questions you have!
One Hour Sessions - $40
Half Hour Sessions - $20
Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of half the current session
