Online training is an affordable way to start your personal training journey. With most training sessions being $50 an hour, this is a great way to get more bang for your buck!
WHAT TO EXPECT
With online training, I give you everything that you need to get started. We will start by scheduling a time to speak about what you're looking to get out of personal training and how much time you have during the week to workout.
Then with all that information I will write you out a personalized program that will include videos on how to perform each exercise correctly.
Programs typically last one month and as you progress through them, each workout builds so as you get stronger the workouts get more challenging.
We will have weekly check ins to see how things are going and if anything needs

Monthly Rate 1-3 days a week - $100
Monthly Rate 4 days a week - $150
Monthly Rate 5 days a week - $200
